Do I need to have a 3D model ready before placing an order?
Not necessarily. If you already have a 3D file, we can print directly from it. If not, our team can create a custom 3D model based on your idea, sketch, or reference image. Please note that 3D model creation is a separate service and comes with an additional fee, depending on complexity.
What materials do you use for 3D printing?
We currently offer PLA, PPU, and Resin:
PLA
affordable, eco-friendly, and great for toys, keychains, and general items.
PPU
flexible and durable, ideal for parts that need bending or extra toughness.
Resin
high detail and smooth finish, perfect for miniatures, models, and premium products.
Our team will recommend the best material based on your project’s needs.
What’s the maximum size you can print?
Our printers can handle items up to 350 × 350 × 350 mm in one piece. For larger designs, we can print in multiple parts and assemble them.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Production time depends on the item size, quantity, and packaging requirements. For example, an order of up to 50 pieces without custom packaging (just prints packed in a regular box) can usually be completed within 1–2 days.
If you’d like custom-designed packaging, additional time will be needed for both the design and production. We’ll first check the item size, quantity, and packaging details, then calculate how many pieces can be printed per batch (per plate) to give you an accurate timeline.
Can you design packaging for my product as well?
Yes, we offer two options for packaging:
Design only
We create the design files (custom boxes, labels, or branding) so you can have them produced by your supplier.
Complete packaging
We design and also provide the finished packaging along with your 3D printed products.
Pricing will vary depending on the materials, style, and design complexity.
How much does 3D printing cost?
Pricing depends on material type, print time, design complexity, and finishing options. Once you share your requirements (size, material, and quantity), we’ll provide you with a free, customized quote.
Do you ship orders?
Yes! We offer pickup from our shop and delivery through J&T Express and Lalamove. Customers who choose delivery will need to shoulder the shipping fee, which is based on the courier’s rates and your location.
